In an effort to host a quality event and to maximize participation, the conference organizing committee has created a Vending Opportunity Program to obtain additional support for conference operations and to provide scholarships for women in crisis and invited guests who may need financial assistance to attend the conference. Vending partnership packages help you maximize your exposure to our growing community.  At each level, your visibility increases dramatically. The estimated audience for this year’s Conference is expected to be well over 250 participants who would benefit tremendously from your generosity.

 

At Level 1, we will provide placement of your flyer, brochures and or business card in all of our participants registration bags. At Level II, we will provide the same as Level 1 and At Level II, we will provide the same as Level 1 and in addition we will provide you with a vendor table to sell your product. At Level III, you will be entitled to the same benefits as Levels 1 & 2 plus you will be allowed to introduce your product or service at the conference with 1 free conference only registration. Once payment has been made, the free registration will be available to you as a giveaway to use at your disclosure. Vendor registration is exclusive to 1 vendor per product or service. Vendor tables are limited so please register promptly to secure your space. Note: Each vendor is required to provide at least 1 product or service for Conference drawing.
