Pastor Quanda Joyner-Brown
Pastor Quanda Joyner-Brown is an ordained pastor, certified life coach, and devoted servant of God whose ministry is dedicated to helping young adults and women break free from limiting beliefs and step into the fullness of their God-given purpose. Anointed to teach, mentor, and minister, she carries a message of transformation rooted in scripture, sharpened by experience, and delivered with grace.
As the founding pastor of Higher Level Ministries DMV, a 501c3 nonprofit ministry committed to raising up the next generation in faith, character, and purpose, Pastor Quanda has spent her life pouring into others. For more than 8 years she has faithfully served as a Sunday school teacher, planting seeds of truth in hearts of every age, and for over 15 years she has walked alongside young people as a mentor and educator, helping them discover who God has called them to be.
Whether ministering to youth, women’s gatherings, leadership conferences, or on Sunday morning meet-ups, Pastor Quanda delivers the Word with clarity, conviction, and compassion, leaving hearts encouraged and lives forever changed.
Pastor Sharon Williams
Pastor Sharon D. Williams is the daughter of Lillian Joyner- Baskerville & the late William Scott. Elder Williams is a living testimony that the effectual, fervent prayers of the righteous avails much. In June of 1992 as her mother and others persistently prayed for her, Elder Williams rededicated her life back to Christ under the tutelage of the late Bishop Willie G. Dukes.
Family is pastor Williams first She is the Wife Of Renaldo Williams; together they have beautiful daughters: Savage and her husband Ramanns, Evangelist Cierra and Ebony Deacon and Elder Williams are also the proud grandparents of grandson Roderick, Jr. & granddaughter Bella.
Believing in the Bible entirely, Elder Williams has served as a faithful member of Calvary Pentecostal Church Bishopville, Maryland for over 30 years. As a leader at Calvary she has diligently served on the ministerial board of Evangelism and several affiliated committees which include: Thc Senior Usher Board , Executive Coordinator of Evangelistic Outreach Ministries Missions, Elective Board Official Of W.G. Dukes Community Action Mass Choir and the Millennium Committee Chairman, Which Commemorates the recognition of Pastor Emeritus.
She stands firmly on the belief that Holiness is right and the church should never compromise the standard God has given us. "In a world where it seems everything goes, true believers must follow the unadulterated Word of God!"
